At Roker Park Memories, we want you to be happy with your order. If there’s ever a problem, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to put it right.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return postage and offer you a full refund or replacement.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know. You will need to cover the cost of returning the item(s) in this case. Refunds will be processed once the items are returned in their original condition.

Personalised & Custom Items

Please note that personalised or custom-made products cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they are faulty or incorrect.
